The Rialto Helpdesk allows Rialto customers to:
- Log and track maintenance requests: and
- Submit forms for after-hours air conditioning, goods lift bookings, car parking and access cards.
Urgent requests may be submitted by calling the Security Control Room on (03) 9617 5428 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
