The Rialto Helpdesk allows Rialto customers to:
  • Log and track maintenance requests and
  • Submit forms for after-hours air conditioning, goods lift bookings, car parking and access cards.

Urgent requests may be submitted by calling the Security Control Room on (03) 9617 5428 or by emailing security@rialto.com.au.

On Monday 3rd August 2020 we will transition from the old Rialto Helpdesk to a new digital platform called the Customer Support Centre.

The old Rialto Helpdesk will cease to operate from close of business Thursday 30th July 2020.

  • Before close of business on Thursday 30th July 2020: Please continue to use the old Rialto Helpdesk to log your work requests.
  • Thursday 30th July 2020: The old Rialto Helpdesk will cease operations at 5:30pm.
  • Friday 31st July 2020 – Sunday 2nd August 2020: Call our Customer Support Centre on +61 3 9617 5428 if you need to raise a work request. They will be able to assist you with any queries.
  • Monday 3rd August 2020: Our new Customer Support Centre will be live. Our Customer Support Centre be available to liaise with you by phone on +61 3 9617 5428 or via email at customer.support@rialto.com.au

On Monday 3rd August 2020 you will receive an invitation to activate your new Customer Support Centre account. If you need any assistance with your account, please call our Customer Support Centre on +61 3 9617 5428 or contact them via email at customer.support@rialto.com.au

Training on how to use the Customer Support Centre, including a user guide and video tutorials will be available in the help menu.
